Turmeric Latte

My morning latte

Morning guys. Each morning I have been drinking this turmeric latte that I have made. I see improvements in my skin and also my my study habits.

Here is the recipe for 1 cup:

In a blender you will prepare:

1 tsp golden paste
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut milk unsweetened
1/3 cup water or coconut water
1-2 dates (no pits) for sweetness
Optional a little bit of your favorite instant coffee for extra boost

Blend everything completely and either boil or heat up and enjoy!

Recipe for Golden paste:

In a pot boil until a paste like consistency:
1/2 cup turmeric
1 cup water
Add a couple sprinkles of black pepper

The ingredient curcumin in Turmeric can help reduce inflammation, improve Brain activity and has anti cancer properties.
